A Kitty For Kittykat?

I have always wanted a cat ever since I was a little kid. However, my Dad is deathly allergic to cats and both my parent pretty much hate felines. So, we had a dog (a Pekinese fittingly named "Muffy") and a rabbit (named "Thumper") and some goldfish (I named mine "Harley" and I can't remember the other fish names. Goldfish are pretty boring).

So now, since we live down the street from PAWS, I torture myself by looking at the kittens in the window every weekend when I walk by. Those little bastards are so damn cute that it should be illegal. But after almost a year of drooling over the adorable fluffballs, I think we may finally get one of our own!

We're going to start seriously looking for a kitty when we back from our trip to Florida at the end of this month. I would like a lazy and friendly cat who won't scratch me. Then I'm going to take pictures of my cat wearing hats and other "fun" outfits and send them to Cute Overload. I'm hoping to get some shots for the "Cats n' Racks" category. (My cat will probably hate me...)
