Anastasia Brow Gel

Not too long ago, Daisymayrobin gave me a sample of Anastasia clear brow gel.

Excited for something new, yet apprehensive about the possible gel crunch factor, I thanked her and put it in my purse with all the 937 other products that I cart around with me, "just in case".

My experience in the past with brow gels or waxes is a tight glue-y feeling that made it seem like I had two adhesive mustaches stuck to my forehead. However, I have read a lot of glowing reviews of Anastasia products, so I gave it a whirl.

Well, am I glad I tried it! It makes my eyebrows stay in place without being too crispy feeling and it doesn't add any weird color or creepy volume building fibers, which significantly cuts down on the caterpillar factor. It adds just the right amount of control and doesn't flake or look artificial. It is especially satisfying to apply right after I've had my brows waxed, because it keeps the thin part of the eyebrow looking well groomed. The best part, though? It's easy and fast to apply, which is great for me because I'm always running late.

I was so happy with it, that I rushed out to Sephora and bought a full-size tube. It comes in a classy silver tube, so I give the packaging and A+, too. A great product with great packaging. What more can you ask for?
