Nordstrom Best

I love Daisymayrobin's idea to blog about her purses, so thought I'd follow her and GMoney and share some of my handbags!

I bought this purse at Area 51 when I used to live on First Hill. I've had it for about nine years. The animal print is a cotton twill fabric and is not furry (which makes it less trendy, in my opinion). It has a faux gold twist clasp and a small zippered pocket inside that houses a gold lame mirror case which holds a tiny pocket mirror.

This is one of my favorite purses to dress up a plain black outfit. It doesn't hold a ton (more than a clutch, though, but less than a shoulder bag), so I save it for evenings out.

It's originally from Nordstrom, because I found a price tag inside that said "Nordstrom Best - $26". And, interestingly, I think I paid about $26 for it in 1999.
