Where's the fire?

I went out for my evening walk after dinner tonight and there were about six fire trucks, two police cars (police are on the scene, you know what I mean) and an ambulance in front of Safeway!

I asked a couple people on the street what was happening. One person said that there was smoke coming out of Yen Wor Garden.

I didn't see any smoke or fire, so I continued on up the street with "Ice, Ice Baby" stuck in my head.

When I came back from my walk about 25 minutes later, the street was clear and everything was back to normal.

I wonder what happened?
