T3

I'm so excited about a recent styling tool purchase. After researching various beauty blogs (and this one and this one, too) and customer reviews about hairdryers for about five months, I decided that the T3 Featherweight was the one for me. Why do I need a new hairdryer when my Conair that I bought in college is still going strong? Well, why do you need an iPod when your waterproof Sony Walkman from 1987 still works, my friend? Why, better performance and design, of course!

So, when I saw that they would be selling T3 products on QVC, I paid attention. And then, last Saturday, they had an offer that I couldn't refuse. The Today's Special Value was this package: a T3 Featherweight dryer,

diffuser attachment, T3 Boost styling product and a brush, all for $186. I know, it still seems steep. But I knew I didn't want to drop a load of cash on a hair straightener (the one I have from the drugstore works fine and I don't use it very much), so I decided that I wanted to invest in the dryer. (And, the dryer alone is $200 at Nordstrom!)

My T3 hairdryer and styling accoutrements are scheduled to arrive on February 25th. I will give you a full report and, hopefully, will have lustrous, shiny hair to report upon. Soooooo...I'll be back. (And say that with an Austrian accent - "Ah'll be bahk", because, seriously, doesn't the phrase "T3" make you think of "Terminator 3", too?)
