Car Calendar

Aaron got me the sweetest car calendar for Christmas! It's the page-a-day variety and every day there is a picture of a different car and some details about that car. Remind you of anything? It's just like my flashcard idea! Nice! So, I'm saving all the days that I tear off and when I have about a month's worth, I am going to start quizzing myself flashcard style.

The best part of the calendar is that on the weekends, they have a small picture of a part of a car (like a headlight or a hood) and you have to guess the make/model of the vehicle. The one for last Saturday was a 1969 Camaro Supersport. I totally guessed it right. It was legendary. The "SS" on the front quarter panel was a good clue, too.

I am usually a horrible gift recipient (wrong size, wrong color, how about just a gift card next time?), but this was a perfect present. It's a gift that keeps on giving. Good work, A-dog.
