Gobble, Gobble

Do you decorate the yard for Thanksgiving? We don't have a yard, so the only thing I have out, as you know (if you've been following along), is the bowl o' gourds on the dining room table. I ask, because our neighbors in the apartment building down the street from us go all out for every holiday. For Thanksgiving, they've got this inflatable turkey out on display.

He's rather festive and jovial. Every time I walk by, I imagine him saying, "Well, howdy, Pilgrim," in a John Wayne voice. I say, "Howdy yourself, Mr. Turkey." Then I chuckle to myself and people cross the street to get away from me.
