There is a relatively new shop on Greenwood called A*Muse. They aren't normally open in the evening, but last night, I had a lucky break. I was walking by and noticed that the lights were on in the store, so I tried the door. They were actually closed and doing some work on the computer, but let me in anyway! Goodie!
A*muse sells an array of card making supplies. It's a small shop with a large display window that features a selection of stamps and samples of handmade cards (like these) for inspiration. Their current wares reflect the upcoming Valentine's Day holiday.
I go off and on with card making, but when I'm in a store that sells card stock, embellishments and stamps, I'm like a heroin addict ready to score. A*muse has wonderful card stock in a variety of textures and shapes and more stamps than you can shake a stick at. I bought a package of lovely green cards with matching envelopes (Six cards and six envelopes for $5).
The shop is cute and orderly and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. It was an excellent shopping experience and I can't wait to go back!
