Greenwood Classic Car and Rod Show

Aaron and I are going to check out the Greenwood car show tomorrow afternoon. They shut down part of Greenwood Avenue on the last Saturday of June every year to allow participants to show off their sweet rides (or "sleds" as my brother calls them). It starts practically at our doorstep, so it will just be a hop, skip and a jump for us to view all the cars.

Participants show off everything from muscle cars, like Camaros, to electric cars, like Sparrows. We went a couple years ago and it's neat to see the variety of cars and the care that people put into their vehicles. I especially like the muscle cars, but last time we went, we also saw a really nice Nash Metropolitan, which are so tiny and cute that I just want to put one in my pocket and take it home.

I'm just trying to decide if I should enter my Mazda Protege. Do you think that would count as a hoopty ride*?
