Aaron introduced me to the website Bloglines a few weeks ago. He's always hip to new technology way before me (I'd still be using my yellow Sony Sports Walkman instead of an iPod, if it weren't for him). Bloglines is a site that helps you manage the daily blogs that you read. It shows you when the blog has new posts, which is handy and keeps all your blogs in a tidy list. It's helpful, but the thing I don't like is that when you view the blogs in Bloglines, they lose their template. You can still see the pictures on the posts, but the format is all black font with a white background (no pretty in pink like you see on this here blog). B-O-R-I-N-G! Oh, I know, you can click on the name of the blog to be taken to the page itself, but wouldn't it just be easier to bookmark it in the first place? It's true that bloglines allows you portability in case you are at a different computer (without your bookmarks), but for me that's rarely an issue.
So I'm going to stick with bookmarks for now. I'm so old-school. Can you be a dear and hand me my boom box and my Wham tape? (Ahhhh, "Wham, bam, I am a man." That's pure poetry.)

I know, I know. Aaron uses it, too. I just can't get on the bandwagon. Maybe I just need to get used to it.
