Today, I've got good news and bad news. Which do you want first? Ok, the good news is that it looks like the Greenwood condo is a go! (Thank you for answering our prayers, Jan Crouch!) The bad news is that Scott Stapp, former lead singer of Creed, is pursuing a solo career. He's quoted as saying, "I think it's going to be like when Sting left The Police." Ouch. That's painful on many levels. But I guess life can't be all chocolates boxes and roses, so I'll just put icky Scott Stapp out of my mind and focus on the new condo. Wooohooo!
