Aaron and I made it out to see the new "Wallace and Gromit" movie on Saturday. It was so nice to be feeling better! I actually got dressed in real clothes with buttons and not elastic waistbands! It was a banner day. The movie was pretty cute, although it got off to a slow start. But it was a welcome change from daytime tv, which is what I had been subsisting on for the the previous three days. It was a barrage of Judge Judy, Maury Povich and payday loan commercials. Truly horrible. I can't understand how so many mothers need paternity tests to find out who fathered their children. But what's more amazing is these unattractive, trashy people find more than one person to sleep with them! It boggles the mind.
Anyway, like I said, "Wallace and Gromit", was good. It had lots of cute claymation, fuzzy bunnies and funny witticisms. Their humane pest control company is called "Anti-Pesto". HA! That's my kind of humor. And laughter is the best medicine. I'm almost totally well (no more sore throat!), except that my nose is blocked up with what feels like cement. My Dad says I have a deviated septum, but I think someone is doing a bit of projecting.
