Well, I've got some sad news to report. We backed out of the condo deal. The appraisal price was way below the price we had agreed to pay. Unfortunately, the sellers wouldn't come down a scheckel. So we bailed. I'm not going to lie to you, we're pretty busted up over it. I'm so not looking forward to starting from square one. I guess it's meant to be if you believe in fate and all that...
