This is probably the most disgusting game that I've ever found. You have to pop as many of this guy's zits as you can. Your mouse pointer turns into fingers that squeeze the pimples until they explode. It's disturbing on many levels. I am an acnephobe, so I could only play it once before I had the heeby jeebies. If you'll excuse me, I have to go wash my face and coat my entire body in Retin-A now.

Acne Attack
