I can hardly believe it, but Aaron and I put in an offer on a condo on Saturday in beautiful Ballard. The owners countered our offer and we accepted. I know, it's crazy - I can hardly believe it myself!
We have an inspection on Wednesday, so keep your fingers crossed that they don't find bad wiring or rats nesting in the walls or something similarly gross.
If all goes well, we can move in by the end of October, baby! Then Aaron and I can get matching Neighborhoodies sweatshirts that say "Ballard". Awww, yeah!

actually, the whole condo building is no pets - so the rats will have to roost elsewhere. we can't even have pets in cages, so no pet hedgehogs for us. damn. and those hedgehog cozies are so cute...

If ya dress a hedghog properly you can claim its yer kid. I mean, no ones gonna say yer kid looks like a critter right t yer face.
yeah, we could dress the hedgehog in a onesie and say it's a preemie with some facial hair issues - no one would have to know the real truth!
