We had our inspection yesterday on the condo. It took about two and a half hours. Our inspector was very thorough. I wanted to make a wisecrack about Inspector Gadget, but it just didn't seem like the right time. The inspector looked very serious with his tool belt and various tools, so I didn't want to distract him with witty remarks. The condo got a clean bill of health - no rats, wood-eating pests or faulty wiring that might shock us to death! Yay!
Now all we have to do is sign about a million pieces of paperwork and go foward with the mortgage financing stuff. Then we'll move in and sit on our asses.
