We decided to do a car theme for the brunch, so we found a suitable signature cocktail online. It was called a Barracuda and it was tangy and refreshing. In keeping with the car motif, we switched out all the record frames so that they sported album covers with pimped out rides.
To accompany the par-tay atmosphere, we made a playlist peppered with songs about cars, songs by the Cars, and songs that referenced driving or highways. (Aaron came up with the main list, but I added some inspiration from this list that I found on the internets.) After the brunch, we all headed out to look at some of the sweet rides in the car show.
I love the grill on this vehicle!
Aaron is a big fan of the Superbird.
After looking at the cars, we spent the rest of the afternoon in the beer garden at Bleacher's. It was an excellent way to spend a Saturday - good friends, yummy food and drink and beautiful cars to look at! We hope to do it all over again next year!

Thanks again for the brunch and it was a really fun time. The beer garden was the best part of the afternoon (when the white boy blues band STOPPED playing)
Glad you could come, G$! I agree about the band, though! I was so glad when we moved over into that covered area.
