For Lease

The buildings on Greenwood that we thought were slated for demo are actually set for reno! (Oh, God, I've been watching waaaaaay too much HGTV.) Aaron noticed a Windermere For Lease sign posted on the building that used to house Neelam's Indian restaurant.

A lot of construction guys have been hard at work there for the last few weeks and I saw a cement truck there the other day. It looks like a project that may take a while to complete, but I am excited to see how they refurbish the building.

The listing for the property is on the Windermere website. I don't know if a lease price of $19/sqft/year is a good deal or not. But I do hope that something cool goes in there! Fingers crossed...
