After reading about the Olympic Sculpture Park in the
Stranger and seeing photos on
Seattle Daily Photo, I wanted to go and check it out for myself. So, Aaron and I went there last Saturday afternoon.
There were tons of people there, as it was the opening day. We arrived just after the sun was setting, so our photos are a bit on the ominous side.

My favorite sculpture is this one of a winter tree. It almost looks real, but its shiny surface gives it away.
I am looking forward to going back when the weather warms up. It would be a good place to go and have a picnic on a sunny afternoon...and the best thing about the park is that it's free!
