We've been having an ongoing problem with the caulk around our bathtub. (God, I just can't say "caulk" without giggling. Hee hee.) Here's how it's been going down: First, the caulk peels off. Then, Aaron re-caulks, we let it dry for 24 hours, and think we're done with this tedious project. But then, a few days later, the caulk (hee hee) starts to come off and we're left without any sealant and the fear of water damage to the area surrounding the bathtub.
So, Friday night, we went to Lowe's. (You know you're old and lame when you go to a home improvement store on a Friday instead of going out partying.) We got a different kind of caulk and proceeded to re-seal the offending area.
And it better f*cking work this time. Because if we have to go back to Lowe's again, then I will be forced to get another donut at Krispy Creme (which is next door to the Northgate Lowe's), and it is almost bathing suit season, so that is just not acceptable.
