Busted Bass Trainer

My Tascam Bass trainer that Aaron's parents bought me for our wedding present is busted! I finally took it out of its packaging on Sunday and got all my bass tabs out and started wailing away. I was just getting into it and decided to switch CDs, when it stopped playing. One song and it was curtains.

After calling Amazon.com and ending up in Customer Service hell, I reached a real person, who directed me to a third party vendor. The third party vendor then directed me to a licensed Tascam repair location. After realizing the repair location was the rental/repair deptartment of American Music in Fremont, I started to feel better, because I know where that is located. I called them, and spoke with a nice chap named Danny, and he told me to come on by and drop it off. He wasn't sure, but he thought they'd just send me a new bass trainer instead of repairing the old one.

Now, I just need to hustle my bustle over to American Music, so I can get back to rockin'. I'll keep you abreast of the situation as it develops. I'm sure you're on pins and needles.
