The one hair product that I absolutely love and have been using for about seven years (since way back when I had a platinum pixie cut), is d:fi d:struct.It smells like a piña colada and it holds like glue. (I read that Nick Lachey uses it! And Aaron uses it, too.) It's a molding cream that provides a matte hold, so it doesn't make your hair look like you smeared bacon grease all over it. I use it now, even though my hair is longer. It takes away that fried look and really controls my bangs. The smell is refreshing, but fades after you first put it on, so you won't accost people with a Spring-Break-in-Cabo smell all day. It's truly a must have.

Hmm. When my hair is really short, I MUST have Bumble + bumble's Styling Wax. When my hair is longer, I must have Tres Semme hair spray. Another product I've been living on is Bumble + bumble's Hair Tonic. After you get out of the shower, spray it into your wet hair and scalp. It adds vitamins and oils to your hair, and really helps on those hangover days when you're dehydrated and your hair shows it!
