In recent months, I have noticed a disturbing hair trend. I work at a community college, so I see a lot of post-high school students. The girls have their metallic sequin purses and Nicole Richie sunglasses and the boys have Hollister t-shirts and Abercrombie's Your Bitch baggie pants. I just accept it and maybe even consider it a free show of "What Not to Wear" if you're over 21. But the one trend that I can't stand is the Fauxhawk. (You know, the mohawk that's not really a mohawk because there's short hair on the sides, where Mr. T would have shaved it off?)
I blame David Beckham. Sure, he's hot in a sporty way and he's married to Posh, who is hot in an anorexic alien way, but why the need for f*cked up hair? Why, David, why?

howdy! i am feeling better, thanks! i was so sad to miss your part-ay, but glad you liked the card, though! :-) i'm looking forward to this saturday, too, and am taking lots of vitamin C to stay healthy!
By the way... I was at Crate and Barrel at U-Village last night, and there was a 20-something guy with a fauxhawk! I was totally laughing on the inside.
