Help me, Bobbi

I never really thought about eye cream until I started using concealer under my eyes. I thought my eyes looked ok until I read a book by Bobbi Brown. Then I realized that I looked like a linebacker for the Chicago Bears or that lady in the Hylexin ad! HORRORS! So, I rushed out and started slapping on eye cream and concealer.

They eye cream itself doesn't really seem too bad...it's the concealer and powder that make a big mess. I dabbed on loose powder over the concealer, just like Bobbi suggested, but my skin there is so thin, that it made the area to look like wet, crumpled tissue paper. Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried different concealers, different eye creams and all to no avail. The bluish tinge is covered, which is good, but the wrinkly, parched skin remains. Somebody help me! I'm having a make-up emergency over here! Stat!
